SUSTAINABLE STREETS ‘TOGETHER’ PROGRAMME 

Who can take part?

Open to all residents, neighbours, community groups and organisations in Dacorum and Three Rivers. It’s about working together to cut living costs, reduce carbon, waste less and strengthen community — and it’s completely free.

How it works

  • Get together with a small group of friends, family or neighbours and work through seven themed sessions over a few months
  • Already part of a group that meets regularly? You can run the programme as part of your usual sessions
  • We also offer workplace – lunch and learn sessions
  • Topics are practical and everyday, including Energy, Food, Travel, Water, Resources (waste) and Nature (biodiversity)

What to expect

  • Free, relaxed and judgment‑free sessions
  • Led by a friendly, experienced facilitator
  • Packed with simple tips you can use straight away to save money and live more sustainably

After a brilliant pilot, Grand Union Community Energy (GUCE) has secured funding from Three Rivers District Council to launch 10 brand‑new groups in Three Rivers.

Great news! GUCE has secured funding from Dacorum Borough Council to launch 10 new groups across Dacorum.

All it takes is a few neighbours, friends or community members and a willingness to give it a go. We’ll support you every step of the way — and it’s completely free.
